| Surfers set to get new world record with surfer chain
|
| ON THE 13TH SEPTEMBER 2008, on Swansea Bay, an international gathering of surfers will participate in what is hoped will be the largest surfers’ chain ever officially formed and recorded, with the aim of setting a NEW WORLD RECORD.
The event will be fittingly concluded with a Surfers’ Ball at the prestigious Brangwyn Hall in the evening.
We aim to achieve the record with around 1,000 participants. With over 670 surfers now signed up for the event, we are hopeful that this target can be achieved, but we still need more!
